this e.p. was released about nine months before "black sails...". this was the last recording mark appeared on, before he was asked to leave. hunter was listed as a full fledged member. the two originals on this e.p. foreshadow afi's "new" sound even more than "shut..." did, as there are some slower parts. on the b side they cover "the hanging garden" by the cure as well as the misfits' "demonomania".
